The MC65: Make the most out of your mobile workforce and redefine productivity

The MC65 from Motorola is able to read 1D and 2D bar codes, take photos complete with embedded notes, documents, signatures and more. A geostamp can also be easily added via integrated GPS to pictures and such. Any wireless carrier can be used with the Motorola MC65. 3.5 GSM HSP and CDMA EVDO Rev A software configurable cellular radios are built into the mobile computer. This allows your mobile workforce to take advantage of the network that has the better coverage in the area. It can also be used anywhere in the world, device management is really easy and it makes the investment worthwhile.

A high powered platform and rugged mobile computer

The MC65 operates on Microsoft's Windows Mobile 6.5, which increases interoperability with your existing infrastructure, while enhancing security features. The microprocessor is the MSM 7627 @ 600 MHz, which delivers a fast performance with the MC65's programs. The memory is a 256MB RAM/1GB flash and has a microSD card slot that can support up to 32GB. The MC65 can withstand multiple drops at 6 feet. It can tumble about 2,000 times and has an IP64 rating, which means that it has protection against dust and splashing liquids.

High resolution graphics and device management

The 3.5 inch PenTile high-resolution color VGA touchscreen makes the MC65 easy to view in pretty much any lighting condition. This includes both indoor and outdoor applications. The MC65 is also energy efficient. Motorola's Mobile Security Suite is compatible with the MC65, which provides protection such as a firewall, intrusion prevention, data encryption and more. Mobile virtual private networks can also be set up with the MC65.
