All kinds of barcodes can be scanned by the MC9190-G, including ones that are near or far, dirty/damaged ones, and more. For richer inventory management, the MC9190-G can accomodate GS1 barcodes. There are a few different types of the MC9190-G, which include the long range imager, that can scan from 8 inches to 30 feet, the general purpose 2D imager for medium and low density bar codes, and the -DL (driver's license) scanner provided to read bar codes on idenfification documents.
The MC9190-G uses the Motorola MAX MPA 2.0, which is their latest technology architecture. Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.5 is utilized and provides the user with a familiar interface. The Microprocessor of the MC9190-G is the Marvel PXA320 @ 806 MHz, which provides fast data processing. The memory is 256MB RAM/1GB flash and has an SD slot that supports up to 32GB of memory.
